Effective date: January 2025

ENYEMAKA aims to deliver work that meets your brief and our quality standard. This policy sets out when and how refunds are issued.

Refunds are available in specific circumstances and subject to the conditions below. We do not offer automatic refunds on any engagement. All requests must be submitted in writing with your project reference number.

2. Eligible Circumstances

A refund may be issued when:

  • ENYEMAKA fails to deliver within the agreed timeline and the delay was not caused or contributed to by the client.
  • The deliverables materially fail to meet the agreed scope after all included revision rounds have been used.
  • ENYEMAKA cancels a project before commencement for reasons within our control.

3. Non-Eligible Circumstances

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced.
  • Scope changes requested after commencement.
  • Delays caused by late client responses, late approvals, or incomplete briefs.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with creative direction after the brief was approved.
  • Requests made after all revision rounds have been exhausted and no material scope failure exists.
  • Projects where the client has bypassed ENYEMAKA by contacting the contractor directly.
